I found it funny that Bryce was so befuddled at understanding how Eobard Thawne might be so strong and not hurt himself in the process.
But the way to get him to understand is the way you get him to understand anything: Through X-Men references! Just think about Quicksilver’s scene in Days of Future Past. He pokes a guard in the cheek and it sends him flying, he gives another a wedgie and it front flips him. More speed, more kinetic energy, more force.
